PRIMARY DUTIES
? Work closely with Executive Staff to ensure project deadlines are achieved
? Assist in design and proofing of marketing materials and implementation of marketing events/campaigns to generate increased guest traffic
? Participation in menu editing, printing, and distribution for all restaurant locations
? Assist in editing, proofing, revising, updating, and printing internal materials (employee manuals, training materials, recipe books, training posters, contest posters, etc.)
? Assist and coordinate other printing projects as directed
? Provide post-event reports and project status reports
? Review, revise and maintain website content and social network Corporate sites
? Provide general administrative support for multiple departments
? Work independently to complete large scale printing projects (Some projects require detailed proofing, editing, color testing, print proofing, etc.)
? Maintain guest/vendor database and compose written correspondence as directed
? Manage office supplies and purchase supplies as needed
? Assemble weekly requisitions of supplies for timely delivery to off site locations
? Assist in editing, proofing, revising, printed materials (training materials, policy & procedure manuals, etc.)
? Work directly with vendors for specialized printed materials and negotiate pricing (Solicit project bids)
Successful candidates must have access to transportation, exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, excellent organization skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe Acrobat are required.
