Gas Supply Administrative Assistant HLP Solutions has partnered with this leading independent oil and gas company whose business includes gas and oil exploration and production, natural gas gathering and processing and natural gas marketing. SUMMARY: Position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Contract Administrator as well as Vice Presidents of Gas Supply and Gas Operations. Will also provide support to Operations Engineer and Business Development Representative as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Accurate handling of data for chronicling in multiple systems. 2. Queries information on wells and contracts using the Quorum Contract Management program, including well volumes, API information and settlement statement reports using the Quorum Tips program. 3. Queries decks, disbursements, and payee information using the Quorum Division Order and Disbursements program. 4. Queries legal descriptions, operator, API numbers, production and well sites on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission web application (Oracle program) to determine accuracy of data in our system. 5. Processes Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) requests for well connects and right-of-way acquisition by logging into tracking spreadsheet and entering all pertinent information. 6. Copies and distributes AFE with its corresponding memo and all supporting documentation to Vice President of Gas Supply, Business Development Representative, Contract Administrator and reserving copies for field personnel and AFE file until AFE Approval number is assigned. Originals delivered to Controller, and updates log and paperwork with AFE Approval Number. 7. Tracks documents and files in Excel spreadsheet logs for: contract file status, contracted party changes, AFEs, letter agreements, new contracts and amendments. 8. Produces all certified mailing supplies using the Walz Certified Mailer program. Produces check requests and correspondence as needed for Vice President of Gas Operations as well as Vice President of Gas Supply. 9. Creates labels for AFE, well, gas contract, crude oil sales contract, force majeure, plant owner polling, safety, environmental and all other files using the DesignPro (database) Label program. 10. Prints Crude Oil Price Bulletins/Posting/Reports from the Internet at the first of each month for Vice President of Gas Supply. 11. Coordinates with purchasing department to requisition supplies and insures supplies are well stocked. Retrieves mail and distributes to MGP Supply and Operations employees. Date stamps and logs in all legal documents. I am learning the new version of Microsoft Word, but not Excel or Powerpoint. I learn fast and catch on quickly though. I am very dependable and responsible. I am a team player and enjoy working with others. I have always been good working under pressure and have always met my deadlines. I realize that every attorney is different. All I need is a chance to learn and get used to your way of how you do things. I am looking for full-time work. I wouldn't mind working some overtime if a job needed to be completed.
