In this role, the ideal candidate will provide support for and manage the administrative functions for top level management consisting of 4-5 individuals. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Communication Management: create and execute a methodology for receiving, tracking, and handling communications from incoming phone calls, emails, and office visits. As requested, draft written communications for editing. * Project Tracking System: track and log assignments for team members, their actions, and the paper/reports associated with responses. * Time Management: schedule and manage appointments in a way that allows balance requirements of analytical time, communication and relationship loads. * Relationship Management: build relationships with key internal contacts to enable timely and effective execution of tasks and appropriate representation of the office.
