The printout will reflect backlogged services, and services that are due in the month of the upcoming period. Be able to prepare necessary documentation (automated and manual) to account for property through hand-receipt holder level. Candidates should possess knowledge of standardized supply regulations (specifically DA Pam 710-2-1 Unit Supply System), policies, procedures or other written or verbal instructions relating to receipt and/or issue of stock or property items. Additionally, the SAMS-E Data Entry Clerk may be called to perform duties as a Property Management Specialist and hand receipt and inventory equipment with an inventory team.  Ensure equipment is laid out IAW DA PAM 710-2-1 procedures dealing with Supply Catalogs, Technical Manuals, and Hand Receipts Listings at the component list level.  Must have a thorough knowledge of inventory procedures dealing with inventories that include; basicissue items (BII), component of end items (COEI), additional authorized listings (AAL) and managing equipment fielded to a unit with no National Stock Number (NSN).  Demonstrate knowledge of supply documentation dealing with sub hand receipts and shortage annex procedures.  This candidate will also need to assist with assists with; all processes dealing with inventory procedures to include; equipment inventory layout, component list inventories, sub hand receipts and shortage annex procedures, assist with cyclic and sensitive itemsinventories, relocation of equipment and materials, assist with tracking paperwork processes, safeguarding equipment through key control and storage requirements. Candidates should possess the ability to perform a range of standard and non- standard clerical assignments, resolve recurring problems.  Perform other duties as assigned in support of the mission.
