General Responsibilities:
* Administration of the Marriott contract including schedules, updates and inquiries
* Make all necessary changes in CAAS System master file for revenue tracking and payment requirements for non-Marriott properties
* Post/audit rent and concession payments to the system ledgers
* Track, reconcile and invoice service vehicle expenses
* Print, sort and distribute the monthly concession reports
* Prepare journal entries and month-end system close preparation
* Maintain abstract and city files for all hotel properties
* Prepare monthly revenue trend analysis report
* Perform the 1180 account reconciliation and deposit confirmation process
* Coordinate the openings and closings of agency locations and entering the necessary CAAS additions and deletions
* Review and process weekly agency checks, resolve email correspondence and telephone inquiries
* Research unpaid rentals, enter field adjustments into CAAS, prepare month end statistics
* Coordinate write-offs, conversions, and revenue adjustments with appropriate departments
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Mandatory Requirements:
* Good verbal and written communication skills (written exercise required)
