Facilitates communication process between health professionals in relation to patient care and provides general clerical support to the unit. Monitors telephone calls, inquiries, and requests into CPU between patients, staff and families ensuring that the telephone and nursing station desk are covered at all times. Initiates and keeps up patient medical records and initiates Medication Administration Record sheets. Prepares lab slips and sets up patient appointments on and off the units, ensuring that all paperwork is completed. Interacts with patients on a limited basis and refers them to the appropriate team member to meet patient's needs. Types minutes, creates forms, accesses patient information from computers, and types letters or other correspondence as necessary.

The Missoula PBS;J office is looking for a part-time
administrative clerk to perform entry-level clerical duties to
support the administration of their Water Department. Some of the
duties for this position may include:
- Files documents and correspondence. - Makes photocopies
and sends or receives e-mails, fax transmissions and other electronic
communications. - Makes travel and meeting arrangements, as
instructed. - Opens, stamps and distributes mail, and assists
with U.S. mailings and FedEx packages. - Types labels, forms,
letters, memos and other simple documents using personal computer and
appropriate word processing software, as instructed. - Updates
monthly office calendar as needed. - May be required to
maintain and prepare reports. - May help out with business
functions, e.g., planning and setting up room for meetings,
luncheons, or presentations. - May be required to run errands
or make deliveries outside of the office. - Performs such other
