Screen calls.Assist in managing department records. Assemble and track documents. Create and maintain hard copy and electronic files.  Compose, edit and proofread correspondence. Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail.  Handle administrative projects. Order office supplies. This role requires a HS Diploma and a minimum of five years administrative experience, writing correspondence and preparing presentations, answering and screening calls and inquiries; and planning and coordinating meetings and travel.  Advanced skills in the use of spreadsheet, word-processing, and database application software. Complete integrity and confidentiality.    Ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in groups, including external partners and Endo business leaders. Ability to work independently and contribute administrative support to teams. Pharmaceutical or Health Care industry experience preferred.
