Emphasis is placed on delivering timely systematized administrative excellence including; the delivery of educational quality, and art presentations that are visually exquisite, a catalyst for ideas, and trends in contemporary art. The Administrative Coordinator/Gallery Manager directs, and manages all administrative aspects of Visual Arts, with special emphasis on budgets, course scheduling, publications, program changes, policies, procedures, and facilities maintenance, gallery and visiting artists program. Job Duties: Budgets: ? Oversight, tracking, and allocation of instructional budget, operational budget, and workstudy budget ? Assists in the annual budget planning process Course Scheduling: ? Responsible for scheduling of courses, course changes and the accuracy of course information Reporting: ? Report on budgets, enrollments, retention and attrition ?
