Reviewing billing information each month for quantitative information (i.e. does the number of units on the note match what's on the billing calendar.) Maintaining schedules and contact information for all BA's, so that a BA can be accessed in case of crisis or other time-sensitive need. Collaborate with HR department around any specialized behavioral training needs (i.e. autism training, SO training, etc.) so that trainings are confirmed, scheduled, and all required training sign-in sheets get back to HR as needed. Collaborate with service coordinators around any recommended trainings that come out of COS or PPM meetings. Verify nursing contract timesheets and submit them to Finance. Review nursing monthly mileage logs and service billing. Receive medications, check them in and insure their security in the designated location within the department. Input and track medication variances and provide on-going trend reporting on said variances. Maintain the PSR grid. Maintain Steri-cycle preparation and pick-up. Complete all filing in the Master Files of each service recipient.
