Clerical Responsibilities Prepares agendas and makes arrangements for Medical Staff, Governing Board and Town Meetings and maintains minutes and manuals to meet regulatory standards. Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Completes annual surveys for NAPHS, AHA, JCAHO application, etc. Open, sort, and distributes incoming/outgoing correspondence, faxes and UPS shipments.
