Major duties and responsibilities include: · Front desk reception duties. · Maintain timely and effective communications on behalf of group. · Respond to incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Respond to direct requests for information. Messages are accurately taken and forwarded to the appropriate person. · Schedule meetings and appointments and coordinate arrangements and activities as appropriate. · Maintain calendars and make travel arrangements for group. · Prepare and reconcile credit card bills, expense reimbursements, and group invoices for payment. · Produces and assembles reports, letters and presentations as assigned and within agreed upon timeframes. Knowledge of BizHub. · Attend meetings and take/prepare written minutes of meetings. · Organize and maintain filing system (electronic and paper files) as needed to support office functions. · General research.
