- Revenue Sharing With Referrals:
- Sites may receive revenue benefits from offering our service to employers
and candidates that frequent their site. We have a truly unique revenue sharing
model that allows the site referring a new user to us to receive a generous share
of all revenue generated from that user. This is also offering a service to your
users by helping candidates find jobs and by allowing employers to access the
industry's largest pool of active candidates.
- The affiliate model that iHireSecretarial uses is unique in two ways. The first
unique aspect is that the total revenue shared with partners is very generous - you can
earn 25% of the revenue generated by employer referrals from your site. The second unique
aspect of the iHireSecretarial revenue sharing program is that new users are
permanently marked as coming from the affiliate. This allows the sharing of revenues
associated with this user throughout the duration of the partnership, not just for
the session during which the user initially came from your site. This is important
because the benefit gained from a new user is normally realized over a period
of time, not on the first visit. Most affiliate agreements only credit referring
sites for purchases that occur during the visit on which the referral occurs.
- The only question remaining at this point for most potential affiliate sites is -
"What about candidates, you don't earn any revenue on candidates that come from my
site and I am going to send a lot of candidates your way."
While we don't
receive any revenue that is directly traceable to candidates from the job
postings that occur, we realize that our active candidate population is the most
important thing that we have. To this end, we also identify each candidate
that registers on our site to the affiliate referring them to us. We
then pay $.50 per registered candidate that came to us through your
referral.

- Call customer service at 877-798-4854 and request that an affiliate ID be sent to you.
- Along with the affiliate ID, you will be sent a link image to place on your web site.
You will also be sent the appropriate address for the hyperlink and textual description
of our site.
- Place the link image on your web site and watch the referral fees grow!
- You will be sent a referral report on a quarterly basis.
- Affiliate payments are sent within 30 days of the end of the quarter.
